All of our lamps start with precision 3D printing. We invest hundreds of hours into perfecting each design to ensure the process is fast, efficient, and—most importantly—beautiful. Every image is transformed into a highly detailed, print-ready file, ensuring consistent quality from one lamp to the next.

Once printed, each lamp is hand-assembled using a mix of components we manufacture in-house and carefully sourced third-party parts. We then package your lamp with care, requiring little to no additional assembly upon arrival.

And yes—we might go a little overboard with the packing materials. But we'd rather be safe than see your lamp arrive damaged. Your experience matters to us.

We would prefer if you would send them via email. If certain circumstances prevent you from doing so, please contact us so we can get your order out as soon as possible!

For all pictures, we need them to be a JPEG, JPG, or PNG. The size format of each picture depends on the lamp:

We deeply respect your privacy—after all, the photos you share with us often carry far more meaning than just a single moment.

To create your custom lamp, we use a trusted third-party application that converts your photo into a 3D depth map, based on the contrast between blacks and whites in the image. This depth map is then processed through another program to generate a high-quality, printable 3D file. Finally, the file is securely transferred to our printers using encrypted cloud software.

To further protect your privacy, we automatically delete all uploaded images from our storage 30 days after your lamp has been delivered.

Of course, it’s always puppies and babies! While some dogs can be a bit tricky to capture—especially those with uniform coloring—we still love creating them. It means so much to us to be part of something so special and meaningful in your life. We’re truly grateful for the opportunity to turn your cherished moments into lasting keepsakes.
